You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have at least 10 years of professional natural resource experience.
  • Help connect people with programs, resources, and expertise.
  • Provide conservation planning or technical guidance.
  • Offer training, mentorship, or project support.

Experience Requirement
Conservation Coaches must have a minimum of 10 years of professional natural resource experience.

Conservation Contractors bring skills, equipment, and implementation services to carry out conservation work and turn plans into results on the ground.

Yes. Some professionals or businesses may be qualified to provide both technical guidance and implementation services. If your experience fits both roles, you may establish the appropriate profiles so users can understand the different services you provide.

Experienced natural resource professionals who can provide conservation planning, technical guidance, training, mentorship, facilitation, or project support are encouraged to apply. Coach profiles include areas of expertise, services offered, education, training, certifications or licenses, availability, and service area.

Businesses and professionals who perform on-the-ground conservation work should consider the Contractor directory. Services may include prescribed fire, native grass establishment, forestry mulching, invasive species control, tree and shrub planting, fencing, wetland restoration, heavy equipment work, and other conservation practices.
